Cancellation, Refunds & Withdrawal

This is a convenience translation. In case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version of this document prevails.

Canceling Your Subscription

You can cancel at any time with one click from the Customer Panel (sign in with Google → "Cancel subscription"), or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; you are not charged for the next period and keep full access until the current period ends.

Free Trial

No charge is made during the 14-day trial. If you don't subscribe, you never pay anything.

Right of Withdrawal

Because the service is performed instantly in electronic media after payment, it is outside the scope of the withdrawal right (Distance Contracts Regulation art. 15/1-(ğ)).

Refunds

As a digital, instantly-performed service, used periods are not refunded. In case of an erroneous or duplicate charge, a technical failure, or a fault attributable to us, the amount is reviewed on request and refunded to the same payment method (via iyzico, to your card) — typically within 3–10 business days depending on your bank.
