Distance Sale Agreement

1. Parties & Subject
This Distance Sale Agreement is concluded between the Seller identified below and the Buyer ("Member") who purchases the service electronically at https://opus-growth.com, under Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation. It governs the subscription-based digital service ordered by the Member.

3. The Service & Price
Service: Opus Growth is a subscription-based SaaS that connects the Member's advertising accounts — Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads — to AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT (via an MCP connector), providing analysis and campaign management. The service is fully digital; nothing physical is shipped.
- Pro: $49/month (USD) — one ad account per platform, 5,000 AI-assisted actions/month, account audit, campaign management, priority support.
- Agency: $99/month (USD) — multi-account (MCC) management, unlimited actions, dedicated account manager, all Pro features.
Tax: services provided to customers residing outside Turkey qualify as service exports under Turkish VAT Law No. 3065 and are VAT-exempt (0%); customers residing in Turkey are charged the applicable VAT. Payment is collected by card via iyzico (converted to your local currency). The subscription renews automatically each period until canceled.
4. Performance & Access
The service is activated immediately after payment confirmation; performance therefore begins at the moment of payment.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Under art. 15/1-(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, contracts for services performed instantly in electronic media carry no right of withdrawal. No charge is made during the free trial, and you may cancel future renewals at any time — see Cancellation & Refunds.
6. Member Obligations
The Member agrees to use the service only for advertising accounts they are authorized to access, in compliance with applicable law and the connected platforms' advertising policies, and is responsible for changes they approve via the AI assistant.
7. Privacy
Personal data is processed per the Privacy Policy. Authorization tokens are stored encrypted.
8. Disputes
Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the Member's place of residence are competent within the monetary limits announced by the Turkish Ministry of Trade.
