1. The Service

Opus Growth is a connector service that links advertising accounts — Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, LinkedIn Ads and TikTok Ads — as well as Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, YouTube and Google Tag Manager accounts, to AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT. The Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads and Google Business Profile integrations are currently unavailable pending platform approval. By accepting these terms, you agree to use the service accordingly.

2. Acceptable Use

You may use the service only for advertising accounts you are authorized to access, and in compliance with applicable law and the advertising policies of the connected platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads). Misusing the service, reverse-engineering it, or infringing the rights of third parties is prohibited.

3. Changes Made via AI

Write operations are applied only with your approval. Reviewing and approving the AI's suggestions is the member's responsibility, and the member is responsible for the outcomes of any changes made to their advertising account.

4. Fair Use

The service is provided on a fair-use basis within the scope of your subscription plan. In the event of excessive or abusive use, the service may be temporarily limited.

5. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for advertising results or performance on any platform, or indirect damages arising from interruptions in third-party services (Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, TikTok, Meta, Anthropic, OpenAI, Paddle).
