Build a management-ready keyword tracking set

Combines Search Console queries, ranked keywords and your must-report terms into a deduplicated list of up to 30 keywords, checks for reusable paid data, and starts daily rank tracking only after approval.

When to use it

When you need to decide which keywords to report to management each month and want a clean, deduplicated set instead of a messy export.

What you get

A final list of up to 30 grouped keywords with position, ranking URL and volume, a credit cost estimate, and daily rank tracking started only after you approve.

Does it change anything in my account?

Only with your approval. The assistant first shows a preview of every change and waits for your go-ahead.

[domain][brand name][country][language][mobile or desktop][minimum search volume][priority keywords]
Help me build the keyword set I will report to management every month for [domain]. Our brand name is [brand name]. Market: [country], language: [language], device: [mobile or desktop]. 1. Pull Search Console queries for the last 90 days, sorted by impressions. List the top 40 with clicks, CTR and average position. Pull the page and query combination as well, so each query has a ranking URL. 2. Check seo_history and seo_rank_history first. Reuse any stored ranked-keywords or research run that is still free, and tell me which keywords are already being tracked. 3. Pull our ranked keywords from SEO Intelligence. Add any non-brand term with monthly search volume above [minimum search volume] that is missing from the Search Console list. 4. Merge in these business-critical terms I must report on regardless of data: [priority keywords]. If any of them has no search volume yet, use keyword research to fill it in. 5. Propose a final list of no more than 30 keywords, grouped into Brand, Core product, Category and Informational. Use one row per keyword with these columns: keyword, group, current position, ranking URL, search volume, and a one-line reason it belongs. Remove near-duplicates such as singular/plural forms or reordered words, and keep the variant with the most impressions. Before tracking anything, show me: - The final list, marking which keywords are already tracked and which are new. - What the tracking will cost in credit terms: number of new keywords, scan depth (keep the default 20 unless I say otherwise) and the fact that daily re-measurement keeps using credits. You do not need an exact price; I will check my add-on balance in the panel. Start daily rank tracking for the new keywords only after I approve.
