Build one master negative keyword list from waste shared across accounts
A vetted list of non-converting search terms wasting money in two or more accounts, applied as a shared negative list only after approval.
When to use it
When the same irrelevant search terms keep wasting spend in several of your Google Ads accounts.
What you get
A vetted table of negative keywords with match type, accounts affected and 90-day wasted spend, then applied as a shared negative list only after your approval.
Does it change anything in my account?
Only with your approval. The assistant first shows a preview of every change and waits for your go-ahead.

[brand and product terms][master list name]
Our accounts keep paying for the same junk queries, such as jobs, free, DIY and competitor support terms. I want one standard shared negative keyword list across all Google Ads accounts under the MCC.
Steps:
1. In each account, list the existing shared negative keyword lists and read their contents.
2. Run smart negative keyword suggestions for the last 90 days in every account.
3. Keep only the terms that meet all of these conditions:
- They spent money with zero conversions in 2 or more accounts.
- They have not converted in any account over the last 90 days. Confirm this with the search terms report.
- They do not contain our brand or product names: [brand and product terms].
- They are not already covered by an existing negative.
Deliverable: a table with these columns: term, suggested match type (exact, phrase or broad), number of accounts affected, total 90-day spend and an example search term. Prefer phrase match unless a broader match would clearly block converting traffic.
Do not create or edit anything yet. After I approve the final list, show a preview of the manage_shared_negative_list call for each account, including the list name "[master list name]" and the campaigns it will attach to. Apply only after I confirm.
A one-page brief mapping who advertises in the client's market, where, with what message, and where the client stands today.
When to use itWhen you are about to start with a new client and need to understand who they compete against in paid and organic search before the kickoff call.
