Client onboarding: asset coverage matrix for every Search campaign
A read-only matrix showing which campaigns lack sitelinks, callouts or snippets, ranked by spend.
When to use it
When you take over a new client account and need to see fast which Search campaigns are missing sitelinks, callouts or snippets.
What you get
A campaign-by-campaign coverage matrix with gaps and duplicates flagged, plus a fix list ranked by 30-day spend that notes which gaps can reuse existing library assets.
Does it change anything in my account?
No. The assistant only reads your data and reports back.

We are onboarding [client account]. This is a read-only review, so do not create, link or remove anything.
For every enabled Search campaign, check which extension assets are linked at campaign and ad group level. Then compare them against the account's asset library.
Output a matrix with these columns: campaign | 30-day spend | sitelinks (count) | callouts (count) | structured snippets (count and header) | call asset | gaps.
Our minimum standard per campaign:
- at least 4 sitelinks
- at least 4 callouts
- 1 structured snippet with at least 3 values
Also flag:
- sitelinks within the same campaign that point to the same URL or use near-identical text
- callouts that repeat the same claim
- assets in the library that are not linked anywhere but could fill a gap
- campaigns that have no assets of their own
Finish with a fix list ranked by 30-day spend, so the highest-spend gaps come first. For each fix, say whether an existing library asset can be reused or new copy is needed.
Reads every enabled RSA in a campaign, matches each final URL to its WordPress page (Elementor included) and rates whether the page repeats the ad's keyword, offer and CTA. Proposes the smallest fix and applies nothing without approval.
When to use itWhen people click your ads but the WordPress landing page does not repeat what the ad promised, hurting conversions or Quality Score.
Lists disapproved and limited RSAs with Google's policy reason and evidence, rewrites only the assets Google flags, and edits the existing ad after a before and after preview. Flags issues that text changes cannot fix.
When to use itWhen some of your Google Ads are disapproved or running with limited serving and you need to fix the wording that Google flagged.
A list of fatigued Meta ads by frequency, CTR and cost thresholds, with two replacement copy versions for each and a safe in-place swap after approval.
When to use itWhen your Meta ads have been running a long time and results are slipping while frequency climbs.
