Competitor messaging matrix with a management summary

Pulls competitors' live ads from the public Google Ads Transparency Center and, if a Meta account is connected, the Meta Ad Library, maps their angles against your enabled Google ads and hands you a matrix, table stakes, open angles and a five-bullet summary.

When to use it

When you need to know how competitors are advertising right now, which angles they push and which ones nobody uses, so you can brief management or sharpen your own messaging.

What you get

A competitor-by-angle matrix, a list of table-stakes messages, open angles you could own and a five-bullet summary ready to send to management.

Does it change anything in my account?

No. The assistant only reads your data and reports back.

Works with

Google Ads, Meta Ads

[region, e.g. TR][competitor domain 1][competitor domain 2][competitor domain 3][competitor brand 1][competitor brand 2][competitor brand 3][our Google Ads account]
Use competitor_ads with platform = google and region = [region, e.g. TR] to pull the live ads these competitors are running now: [competitor domain 1], [competitor domain 2], [competitor domain 3]. Then try platform = meta for the same competitors, searching by brand or Facebook Page name rather than domain: [competitor brand 1], [competitor brand 2], [competitor brand 3]. Meta results are optional: they need a connected Meta account and the Ad Library matches page names, not domains. If Meta is not connected or returns nothing, say so once and continue with Google only. Classify every ad that comes back on these points: - Main angle: price, speed, quality, trust, guarantee or urgency. - The specific offer. - The proof used: numbers, reviews or awards. - The CTA. - The format, if the library result shows it. Then read our own ads. Use list_accounts to find the customer id for [our Google Ads account], list_entities with entity = ads to find the enabled ads and their ad groups, and get_ad_details by ad_group_id to read the full headlines and descriptions. Mark which of these angles our ads already use. Deliver: 1) A matrix table with competitors as rows and angles as columns, showing the ad count in each cell, plus a row for us. Note per competitor whether the counts come from Google, Meta or both. 2) The messages that appear in at least two competitors. These are the category's table stakes. 3) Angles that no competitor uses and that we could credibly own. 4) A five-bullet summary I can send to management as written. The libraries only expose what is publicly live, so if a library returns nothing for a competitor, say so and do not fill the gap with guesses. This is a read-only analysis, so make no changes.
