Competitors: [competitor domain 1] and [competitor domain 2]. Our account: [customer ID], campaign [campaign name], product categories [our product categories], market [location] / [language]. 1. Fetch each competitor's live Google ads from the Ads Transparency Center. 2. Check the SEO history first so we do not pay twice, then pull each competitor's paid keywords and ad copy for our market (this uses SEO add-on credits). Keep the keywords that overlap with our product categories. If a domain returns no ads in this scan, say so and work with what was found. 3. Extract every claim they make: discount percentages, free shipping thresholds, delivery time, returns window, installment options, warranty, assortment size and price anchors. Note that public ad libraries do not show every ad, so the matrix reflects only what was found. 4. List the campaign's ad groups and read our RSAs. Build a matrix: rows are the claims, columns are us, competitor 1, competitor 2. Highlight two kinds of gap: - where we say nothing and they do - where we may have a stronger offer but do not say it Before writing copy, list the claims you plan to use about us and ask me to confirm each one and give the real figures, because I will not run unverified claims. After I confirm, write 6 headlines (30 characters or fewer) and 2 descriptions (90 or fewer) that lead with our real advantages. Do not name competitors. Run the RSA asset report for the campaign and, for each ad you want to change, name exactly which low-conversion-value headlines and descriptions each new asset replaces (one new asset per removed asset, staying within 15 headlines and 4 descriptions per ad). Show one update_rsa preview per ad with confirm=false and apply only after my approval.
