My site is [my domain]. My two closest competitors are [competitor domain 1] and [competitor domain 2].
Check seo_history first and reuse any recent results. Then run a competitor keyword gap and pull ranked keywords for all three domains.
Keep only keywords where:
- at least one competitor ranks in the top 10
- I am not in the top 50, or do not rank at all
- the term is not a competitor's brand name
Group these gap keywords into topic clusters by intent. For each cluster show:
- cluster name and head keyword
- combined monthly volume and average difficulty
- which competitor ranks best, and the URL of their ranking page
- whether that page is a service page, a category page, a blog post or a tool
Deliver the top 10 clusters ranked by volume divided by difficulty. For the top 3, run a quick SERP check and tell me which page type I need to compete: a new service page, a guide, or an update to one of my existing pages.
