Finds disapproved or limited Meta ads, reads Meta's stated reason and the creative, sizes the spend at stake and swaps in compliant creative in place after approval.
When to use it
When your Meta ads got disapproved or limited and you want to fix them without losing the ad's learning and history.
What you get
A table of rejected ads with spend at stake, Meta's reason, likely cause and proposed compliant text, then in-place creative swaps with previews after your approval.
Does it change anything in my account?
Only with your approval. The assistant first shows a preview of every change and waits for your go-ahead.

In Meta ad account [account name], find every ad in an active campaign whose status shows it was disapproved or has delivery issues. Use the issue details Meta returns for each ad (error code and message) as the stated reason.
For each ad:
1. Read the creative: primary text, headline, description, image or video, button, destination link, Page and Instagram account, and which Advantage+ creative enhancements are on. Note whether the ad was built from an existing Instagram post, because then only the button and message can change, not the copy.
2. Check the activity history for the last 14 days and note what changed on that ad or ad set shortly before the rejection.
3. Pull daily spend for the ad over the last 30 days and take the last day with spend as the day it stopped delivering. Then report spend, results and cost per result for the 14 days before that day, so I can see what is at stake. If the ad never spent, say so.
4. State the cause. Quote Meta's message where it gives one. Where it is generic, name the most likely policy cause and mark it as your inference. Common ones are personal attributes ("you" plus a condition), before/after imagery, unrealistic claims, a landing page that does not match the ad, and restricted product wording. Also say if an Advantage+ enhancement could have added the problem, such as generated text or touched up imagery.
Deliverable: a table with these columns: ad, campaign, spend at stake, Meta's reason, likely cause (stated or inferred), current text, proposed compliant text, enhancements to switch off.
Then, for each ad, show me the in-place creative replacement as a preview with current and proposed values side by side, and render a preview of the current ad next to it. After I approve, replace the creative in place so the ad keeps its ID, learning phase and history, switch off any enhancement we agreed on, and render a preview of the new creative. Remember that editing the creative sends the ad back to review. Do not delete any ad or ad set, and do not apply anything before my approval.
A themed table of money-wasting search terms with ready-to-apply negatives and projected savings, applied only after you approve.

When to use itWhen your Google Ads ads have low ad strength, disapprovals, poor CTR or missing sitelinks and callouts, and you want clear fixes with ready replacement copy.
