Full-funnel client report: paid, organic and on-site results in one view
A monthly funnel report joining Google Ads, Search Console and GA4, showing which channel actually drove key events.
When to use it
When a client asks which channel really drove their results and you need paid, organic and on-site data in one story.
What you get

Does it change anything in my account?
No. The assistant only reads your data and reports back.

[client name]
Create a full-funnel report for [client name] covering the last 28 days versus the previous 28 days.
Use the unified marketing overview to build one funnel table:
- Google Ads spend, clicks and conversions
- Search Console organic clicks, impressions and average position
- GA4 sessions, engagement rate and key events
Show the % change for each row.
Then break down GA4 sessions and key events by session source / medium. Show which channels produced the key events and how their share changed.
From Search Console, list the 5 queries with the largest click gains and the 5 with the largest click losses.
Write a short client narrative of 5 bullets maximum. If Google Ads conversions and GA4 paid key events differ by more than 20%, say so and explain that the two systems count differently. Do not treat the gap as an error unless the data proves it.
End with 3 priorities for next month, each tied to a specific number in the report.
Read-only. Make no changes.
Builds a one-page, jargon-free monthly report for a client with exact calendar-month figures versus the previous month, explains every big KPI move from campaign data and creates the white-label link only after you approve the draft.
When to use itWhen you have to send a client their monthly Google Ads results in plain language and explain what moved and why.
Compares every connected Google Ads client account over the last 30 days versus the previous 30, adds month-to-date budget pacing, ranks accounts by risk and gives account managers one data-backed first check for the top 5. Read-only.
When to use itWhen you manage many Google Ads client accounts and need to know which ones to open first this week.
