[site URL][site property][GA4 property]
Run a complete organic search audit for [site URL] using Search Console property [site property] and GA4 property [GA4 property]. Use the last 90 days and check the period every tool returns. This is read only. 1. Demand and visibility. Pull totals, then queries sorted by impressions and the page, query breakdown, both with a high limit. Remove automated queries. Separate brand from non-brand and report the share of clicks for each. 2. Topic clusters. Group queries by intent and topic. For each cluster give clicks, impressions, CTR, average position and the page that takes most impressions. Resolve URLs to their final live address and keep language versions apart before you decide that two pages compete. 3. Ownership and cannibalization. Flag clusters where two pages in the same language each take at least 10% of impressions, and queries where a page with the wrong intent ranks, such as a blog post for a product query. 4. Snippet performance. Using the last 28 days at page level, group pages ranking 1 to 3, 4 to 6 and 7 to 10, compute each group's median CTR from the data, and flag pages at least 30% below their group's median. Say when a group has fewer than five pages. 5. Second-page opportunities. List queries at average position 8 to 20 ranked by the extra monthly clicks a move to position 4 would bring, assuming a 7% CTR at position 4. 6. Technical health. Run seo_site_crawl and report broken pages, duplicate titles and missing H1s. Use gsc_inspect_urls on the twenty pages with the most impressions to confirm they are indexed with the canonical you expect. 7. AI answers. For the 15 non-brand queries with the most impressions, use seo_ai_overview with my domain as the target and record whether an AI Overview appears, whether I am cited and which domains are cited instead. 8. Business value. From GA4, list organic landing pages with sessions and key events. Before you trust key events, check the ratio of each key event to the users who triggered it, and the share of key events credited to login or payment domains. Report those numbers even if they look fine. Deliver: 1. a one-paragraph summary for management, 2. the cluster table, 3. a findings list in which every item has a severity (critical, high or medium), the evidence in numbers and the page or setting it concerns, 4. the five fixes to make first, each with the expected effect and how I should measure it 28 days later. Name the limits of the data where they matter: Search Console hides some queries for privacy, GA4 sessions and Search Console clicks are counted differently, and consent banners hide part of GA4 traffic. Do not change anything.
