Google Ads device breakdown: where mobile, desktop and tablet waste budget
A campaign-by-device table showing which device drives conversions, with flagged waste and previewed bid adjustments where they actually apply.
When to use it
When you suspect mobile, desktop or tablet is eating Google Ads budget without converting and you want to see it by device.
What you get
A campaign-by-device table with wasteful devices flagged, device bid adjustments suggested only where they apply, and a 3-line summary; changes are previewed and applied only after your approval.
Does it change anything in my account?
Only with your approval. The assistant first shows a preview of every change and waits for your go-ahead.

[account name][minimum spend amount]
In my Google Ads account [account name], break down the last 30 days by device (mobile, desktop, tablet) for every active Search and Performance Max campaign.
Build one table with one row per campaign and device. Include these columns: cost, share of campaign spend, clicks, CTR, conversions, conversion rate and cost per conversion.
Flag two cases:
- A device whose cost per conversion is more than 30% above that campaign's average, and which has spent at least [minimum spend amount].
- A device that has spent money but recorded zero conversions.
Next, read each Search campaign's current device bid adjustments and its bidding strategy. Only campaigns on Manual CPC can use the device bid adjustments you suggest. Keep each suggestion between -50% and +30%. Smart Bidding campaigns (Maximize Conversions, Target CPA, Target ROAS) ignore device adjustments except -100%. For those, report the numbers only and tell me whether excluding a device entirely would be justified.
End with a 3-line summary of the biggest device-level opportunity. Show any proposed adjustment as a preview and wait for my approval before applying it.
Builds a one-page, jargon-free monthly report for a client with exact calendar-month figures versus the previous month, explains every big KPI move from campaign data and creates the white-label link only after you approve the draft.
When to use itWhen you have to send a client their monthly Google Ads results in plain language and explain what moved and why.
Compares every connected Google Ads client account over the last 30 days versus the previous 30, adds month-to-date budget pacing, ranks accounts by risk and gives account managers one data-backed first check for the top 5. Read-only.
When to use itWhen you manage many Google Ads client accounts and need to know which ones to open first this week.
