Build a policy exposure report for Google Ads account [account name] that I can share with management. Use the last 30 days. This is read-only, so do not change anything.
1. Pull the policy status of all ads, not just the problem ones, so you can tell whether an ad group still has an approved ad serving. List every ad that is Disapproved, Eligible (limited) or limited to areas of interest. For each one, show the campaign, ad group, policy topic, and the reason and evidence Google gives (triggering text, flagged URL, restricted countries or missing certification). Where Google gives no detail, say so instead of guessing.
2. Pull 30-day cost, conversions and cost per conversion at campaign level and at ad level. For affected Search campaigns, also show impression share lost to budget and to rank. Impression share lost to disapproved ads is not reported reliably here, so do not present one; use the count of blocked ads per campaign as the disapproval signal.
3. Assign severity:
- High: the campaign drove more than [X, for example 20]% of account conversions in the period, or every ad in the ad group is disapproved.
- Medium: some ads in the ad group are disapproved, but at least one approved ad is still serving.
- Low: the ad is limited but still serving.
Deliverables:
- A table with these columns: ad, campaign, ad group, policy topic, status, 30-day spend, conversions, severity. Sort it High to Low, then by spend.
- A 5-line executive summary covering:
- how many ads are affected,
- how much spend sits in affected campaigns,
- the single biggest risk,
- one recommended next step for each High item.
A themed table of money-wasting search terms with ready-to-apply negatives and projected savings, applied only after you approve.
When to use itWhen you feel your Google Ads budget is going to searches that never convert, such as jobs, free, DIY or the wrong location, and you want them blocked safely.
A pass/fail check of your conversion setup across Google Ads, GA4 and Tag Manager, with the fixes that stop Smart Bidding from optimising toward the wrong action.
When to use itWhen your CPA or conversion numbers look off, or before you change bids or budgets, and you are not sure your conversion tracking is counting the right things.
A per-ad-group checklist of ad strength, underperforming headlines, policy issues and extension gaps, plus draft replacement copy.
When to use itWhen your Google Ads ads have low ad strength, disapprovals, poor CTR or missing sitelinks and callouts, and you want clear fixes with ready replacement copy.
