Lead quality audit across Google, Meta and LinkedIn forms
Valid lead rate and cost per valid lead by platform and campaign, with form changes that would raise lead quality.
When to use it
When sales or management say your leads are poor and you need to compare real lead quality across Google, Meta and LinkedIn forms.
What you get
A ranking of platforms and campaigns by cost per valid lead with valid lead rates, the three main junk patterns and recommended form changes, using counts only and no personal data.
Does it change anything in my account?
No. The assistant only reads your data and reports back.
Works with
Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
Management is questioning lead quality. Audit the in-platform lead forms for the last 30 days.
1. Pull the leads from three sources:
- Google Ads lead forms with list_lead_form_submissions.
- Meta instant forms with download_meta_leads.
- LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms with download_linkedin_leads.
2. Mark a lead as invalid if any of these apply:
- The phone number has the wrong digit count or obvious placeholder digits.
- The email is fake or a test entry.
- The name is meaningless.
- It duplicates another lead, within or across platforms.
- It gives a disqualifying answer to the qualifying question.
3. Pull spend per campaign from get_report, meta_campaign_insights and linkedin_campaign_analytics.
For each platform and campaign, calculate:
- Total leads
- Valid lead rate
- Cost per lead
- Cost per valid lead
Flag every campaign with a valid lead rate below 60%.
Deliverables:
1. A comparison table ranked by cost per valid lead.
2. The three main junk patterns you found.
3. Suggested form changes, such as a higher-intent qualifying question or a required field. Write these as recommendations only.
Report counts only. Do not show names, phone numbers or emails in the output. Do not change any form or campaign.
