Meta audience saturation check and budget shift to Google
A verdict on whether your local Meta audience is saturated, compared with Google Ads and Business Profile call trends, plus a previewed budget shift.
When to use it
When your service area is small, your Meta leads are getting more expensive, and you suspect you have already reached everyone you can.
What you get
One table per channel (Meta, Google Ads, Business Profile), a clear saturation verdict and a previewed budget shift from Meta to Google that is applied only after you approve.
Does it change anything in my account?
Only with your approval. The assistant first shows a preview of every change and waits for your go-ahead.
Works with
Meta Ads, Google Ads, Business Profile

My service area is small, and I think Meta has run out of new people to reach. Compare channels for the last 30 days versus the previous 30 days.
1. Meta saturation check
For each active ad set, pull reach, frequency, CPM, leads and cost per lead. Compare reach with the estimated audience size from the delivery estimate.
Call the ad set saturated when all three are true:
- 30-day reach is above 50% of the estimated audience
- frequency is above 4
- cost per lead rose more than 20%
2. Google Ads comparison
For my Search campaigns, pull conversions and cost per conversion. Run an impression share analysis and note lost impression share due to budget.
3. Business Profile
Pull calls, direction requests and website clicks for [location], so organic local demand is visible next to the paid channels.
Deliver:
- One table per channel.
- A clear verdict on saturation.
- A recommendation on reallocation. If Meta is saturated, propose moving up to [percent]% of the saturated ad sets' budget to Google Search campaigns that meet both conditions: budget-lost impression share above 15%, and cost per conversion below Meta's cost per lead.
Show both budget changes, Meta and Google, as previews. Apply nothing until I approve.
A themed table of money-wasting search terms with ready-to-apply negatives and projected savings, applied only after you approve.
When to use itWhen you feel your Google Ads budget is going to searches that never convert, such as jobs, free, DIY or the wrong location, and you want them blocked safely.
A pass/fail check of your conversion setup across Google Ads, GA4 and Tag Manager, with the fixes that stop Smart Bidding from optimising toward the wrong action.
When to use itWhen your CPA or conversion numbers look off, or before you change bids or budgets, and you are not sure your conversion tracking is counting the right things.
A per-ad-group checklist of ad strength, underperforming headlines, policy issues and extension gaps, plus draft replacement copy.
When to use itWhen your Google Ads ads have low ad strength, disapprovals, poor CTR or missing sitelinks and callouts, and you want clear fixes with ready replacement copy.
