Meta lead form quality report: cost per qualified lead by ad set
Ad-set level cost per lead combined with a quality check of the actual instant form leads, to find cheap but useless sources.
When to use it
When your Meta lead ads bring plenty of cheap leads but sales say many are fake, duplicate or unqualified.
What you get
A per-ad-set table with leads, cost per lead, qualified rate and cost per qualified lead, flagging cheap-but-poor sources, without exposing any personal data.
Does it change anything in my account?
No. The assistant only reads your data and reports back.

[account name][qualifying answer, e.g. "within our service area"]
Analyse lead quality in Meta ad account [account name] for the last 30 days. This is read-only.
1. List the instant forms on our Page and the questions each one asks.
2. Pull spend, reach, frequency, CTR, leads and cost per lead per campaign, ad set and ad.
3. Download the leads for the same period, with the campaign, ad set and ad each lead came from.
Score each lead as qualified only if all three are true:
- The phone number looks valid for our country (correct length and prefix).
- It is not a duplicate of another lead by phone or email.
- The qualifying answer matches [qualifying answer, e.g. "within our service area"].
Deliverable: a table per ad set showing spend, leads, cost per lead, qualified rate % and cost per qualified lead, sorted by cost per qualified lead.
Flag these cases:
- Ad sets whose cost per lead is below the account average but whose qualified rate is under 40%.
- Ad sets with frequency above 3.
Show counts and percentages only. Do not print names, phone numbers or emails in the answer.
