Meta learning phase audit and ad set consolidation plan
A table of every active ad set's learning risk and a consolidation plan so each one gets enough leads to exit learning.
When to use it
When your Meta ad sets are stuck in Learning Limited or you have too many small ad sets splitting your budget.
What you get
A table of each active ad set's learning risk, plus a consolidation plan with expected weekly results, where every pause, budget move or merge is shown as a preview for your approval.
Does it change anything in my account?
Only with your approval. The assistant first shows a preview of every change and waits for your go-ahead.

[ad account][target CPL]
Audit the learning phase in my Meta ad account [ad account] for the last 7 days.
For every active ad set, list:
- campaign and ad set
- optimization event and daily budget
- results and cost per result in the last 7 days
- learning status, if Meta returns it
If Meta does not return a learning status, estimate it. Fewer than 50 optimization events in 7 days means the ad set will likely stay in Learning Limited.
Then check the change history for the same 7 days. Flag edits that reset learning: budget changes above roughly 20%, targeting edits, optimization event changes and newly added ads.
Deliver:
1. A table sorted by spend.
2. A consolidation plan. Show which ad sets that target the same city and the same service should be merged, so each remaining ad set gets enough weekly leads at my target cost per lead of [target CPL]. Show the expected weekly results per merged ad set.
Do not change anything yet. For every pause, budget move or duplication you recommend, show the exact preview and wait for my approval.
A themed table of money-wasting search terms with ready-to-apply negatives and projected savings, applied only after you approve.
