Meta pixel and lead optimization event health check
Audits Meta pixels, custom conversions and ad set optimization events for a lead account, checks weekly result volume and reconciles instant form leads against reported leads.
When to use it
When your Meta lead campaigns have rising cost per lead, stuck learning, or lead counts that do not match your instant form submissions.
What you get
A findings table and an impact-ranked fix list covering pixels, custom conversions, optimization events and lead reconciliation, with each change shown as a preview until you confirm.
Does it change anything in my account?
Only with your approval. The assistant first shows a preview of every change and waits for your go-ahead.

Audit conversion tracking for my Meta ad account [account name]. We run lead campaigns for a local service business. Use the last 30 days.
1. List the pixels with their last fired time. Flag any pixel that has not fired in 24 hours.
2. List the custom conversions with their rules. Call out the ones Meta reports as never fired. For the rest, pull results per custom conversion for this period from the insights actions, and mark each one as recording results or silent.
3. For every active campaign and ad set, show the optimization goal and conversion event, spend, leads and cost per lead. Pull results in weekly buckets so the weekly volume is real, not an average. Flag:
- ad sets optimizing for link clicks or landing page views when we need leads,
- ad sets whose optimization event got fewer than [10] results in any of the last 4 weeks, which is too little for learning.
4. Find the instant forms on my Facebook Page [page name], download the leads submitted in this period and count them per campaign. Compare those counts with the leads reported in insights for the same campaigns. Flag any gap above 10%, and say which side is higher.
Deliver a findings table and a fix list ranked by impact. Switching an ad set's optimization event restarts learning, so note that cost for each such fix. Show every change, including a new custom conversion, as a preview and wait for my confirmation.
