Diagnose under-delivery in Meta ad account [ad account].
Scope: over the last 7 days, find active campaigns and ad sets that spent less than 60% of their budget or had at least one day with zero impressions.
For each one, check these causes in this order:
1. Ad and ad set status: disapproved or in-review ads, or all ads paused so no active ad is left.
2. Audience size and expected daily results from the delivery estimate.
3. A bid cap or cost cap set too low compared with the actual cost per result.
4. Schedule and end dates.
5. Retargeting audiences too small to serve.
6. Edits in the change history that coincide with the drop.
Deliverable: a ranked list with the biggest unspent budget first. Columns: entity, budget, actual spend, delivery %, most likely cause, evidence, fix. Label any cause you cannot prove with data as a hypothesis.
Some fixes require a change, such as raising a cost cap, broadening targeting or re-activating an ad. For those, prepare a preview of the exact edit and wait for my go-ahead before applying it.
