Month-end budget pacing across all accounts with a rebalancing proposal

Projects month-end spend per campaign against each account's monthly cap, then proposes daily budget changes that cut weak-CPA campaigns and add only where budget limits impression share, applied line by line after approval.

When to use it

When the month is moving on and you need to make sure each Google Ads account lands on its spend cap without overspending or leaving budget unused.

What you get

A before/after daily budget plan per campaign that brings each account within ±5% of its monthly cap, applied line by line only after your approval.

Does it change anything in my account?

Only with your approval. The assistant first shows a preview of every change and waits for your go-ahead.

[account name or ID: monthly cap, one per line]
List the connected Google Ads accounts. Our monthly spend caps are: [account name or ID: monthly cap, one per line] For each account, run budget pacing alerts for the current month with a 10% threshold, and pull a campaign-level performance report for this month for spend to date, conversions and CPA. Build one table with these columns: account, campaign, daily budget, spend to date, projected month-end spend, account cap and over/under status. Add an account total row and the days left in the month. Flag every campaign projected to finish more than 10% over or under its pro-rata share. Then propose daily budget changes that bring each account within ±5% of its cap by month-end, calculated as remaining cap ÷ days left. Use these rules: - When cutting, start with the campaigns that have the weakest CPA this month. Do not judge a campaign with fewer than 3 conversions on CPA alone; say so. - When adding budget, give it only to Search campaigns where impression share analysis shows the loss is due to budget, not rank. Adding money where the loss comes from rank or quality will not buy more traffic. - Do not move budget between accounts. - Respect the safety limits: no single increase above +50%, no more than +100% within 24 hours, no cut deeper than -80%. If a campaign needs more than that, say so and propose pausing instead of a deeper cut. Show the proposal as a before/after table per campaign, with the expected change in monthly spend. Do not apply anything yet. Wait for my explicit approval. Then apply only the lines I confirm, running each budget change as a preview first and confirming it only after I approve that preview.
