[monthly budget][target ROAS]
Our total paid media cap this month is [monthly budget]. Check where we will land.
1. Get month-to-date spend and the projected month-end spend for each channel.
- Google: use budget_pacing_alerts.
- Meta, TikTok and Microsoft Ads: use their reports with the current daily budgets.
- ChatGPT Ads: use the account spending limits.
2. Build one table with these columns: channel, MTD spend, MTD ROAS, projected month-end spend, share of the total cap, and over/under in currency.
3. If the projected total lands outside plus or minus 3% of the cap, propose daily budget changes for the remaining days that bring it back within range. Follow these rules:
- Cut first from campaigns with MTD ROAS below [target ROAS].
- Add first to campaigns above target that are spending their full budget.
- Keep each daily budget change at 25% or less.
Show each change as a preview with the current and new daily budget and the projected effect on the total. Do not apply anything until I confirm.
