Prepare my monthly local report for the last 30 days, compared with the 30 days before that. Use the Business Profile location for [business location].
1. Business Profile actions:
- Business Profile insights only return totals for the last N days, so pull them twice: once for 30 days and once for 60 days. The previous period is the 60-day total minus the 30-day total.
- Show search and Maps impressions, phone calls, direction requests and website clicks for both periods, with the % change for each.
- Ignore the messages metric, it is no longer a live feature. If bookings is 0, mention it as a real gap.
2. Google Ads in the same two windows (use exact start and end dates that match the profile windows as closely as possible):
- Find the campaigns that target [city] by checking each campaign's location targeting. If none target it explicitly, tell me which campaigns you used and why.
- Show clicks, conversions and cost for those campaigns. For calls from ads, run a read-only query on campaign phone call metrics (phone calls, phone impressions). If the account has no call reporting or the numbers come back empty, say so instead of showing 0 as a result.
- Put the ad numbers next to the profile numbers in one "customer actions" table so I see organic and paid side by side, with the % change for each row.
3. Local searches:
- List the top 15 searches people used to find the profile. Note that this data lags about 2 months and that low-volume terms are only reported as "fewer than N".
- Compare them with the active keywords in my Google Ads account and mark any search with no close matching keyword.
4. Reviews:
- From the review list, count the reviews created in the last 30 days, and report the average rating and how many are still unanswered.
- For unanswered reviews of 3 stars or below, draft short, specific replies. Show each one as a preview only (confirm=false) and do not publish anything until I approve each reply.
Finish with three actions for next month, ranked by likely impact on calls.
