A per-asset-group table of ROAS, missing assets and signal gaps, plus drafted replacement text for the weakest group, applied only after approval.
When to use it

Review every Performance Max campaign in [account name] over the last 30 days against my target ROAS of [target ROAS].
For each campaign and asset group, report cost, conversions, conversion value and ROAS. Then read each asset group's content and signals and check:
1. Asset counts versus the full set: 15 headlines, 5 long headlines, 5 descriptions, at least 15 images and at least 1 video. Note anything missing.
2. Whether an audience signal is attached and whether search themes are set.
3. Whether the final URL matches the products the asset group is meant to sell.
4. Asset groups that cover several unrelated product categories at once.
Also list Google's open recommendations for these campaigns, with their projected impact.
Deliver a table with these columns: asset group, campaign, ROAS versus target, missing assets, signal gaps, URL issue and priority.
For the asset group with the lowest ROAS that has meaningful spend, draft replacement text assets: headlines of 30 characters or fewer, long headlines of 90 or fewer, and descriptions of 90 or fewer. Base them on the products and offers on its landing page, and say which existing assets each draft replaces.
Show me a preview of the text asset changes. Wait for my approval before updating the asset group.
A themed table of money-wasting search terms with ready-to-apply negatives and projected savings, applied only after you approve.
