Pre-launch go/no-go check for lead and call tracking
Audits Google Ads conversions, call reporting, GA4 key events and links, WordPress tags and the contact form before launch, then gives a single go or no-go verdict.
When to use it
When you are about to launch Google Ads and need proof that every lead and call will be tracked correctly before spending money.
What you get
A status table covering conversions, call tracking, GA4, site tags and the contact form, ending in a go or no-go verdict, with any fix previewed and applied only after approval.
Does it change anything in my account?
Only with your approval. The assistant first shows a preview of every change and waits for your go-ahead.
Works with
Google Ads, GA4, WordPress

[business website][account name][form name]
We launch ads for [business website] next week in Google Ads account [account name]. Before we spend anything, confirm that every lead and every call will be counted once and fed to bidding.
Check the following:
1. Google Ads conversion actions and their settings:
- Lead actions should count "one", not "every".
- Primary vs secondary should be correct. Use the "included in conversions" flag and the conversion goals (which categories are biddable), not the legacy primary_for_goal flag.
- Click-through lookback windows should be set to a sensible value.
- Nothing should be paused or removed. For zero recorded data, keep in mind that a new account with no traffic yet will show zero; flag it as "not yet testable" rather than broken.
- Note each action's conversion ID and label, so I can match them to the site tags.
2. Call tracking: read the account's call reporting state with a GAQL query on the customer resource (customer.call_reporting_setting.call_reporting_enabled, call_conversion_reporting_enabled, call_conversion_action). Then check whether a "calls from ads" conversion action exists and is primary.
3. GA4: find the property for this site, list its key events, and check whether it is linked to this Google Ads account.
4. WordPress: list every place the site fires GTM or GA4, and flag any duplicate containers or tags.
5. Contact form [form name]: show its required fields and the email address notifications go to. Then prepare ONE test entry with every text field clearly marked "TEST - ignore". This sends a real email to that recipient, so show me the preview first and send it only after I approve. Report the result: mail_sent, mail_failed, validation_failed or spam. mail_sent only proves WordPress handed the mail off, not that it reached the inbox, so ask me to confirm it arrived.
Deliver one table with these columns: item, status (OK / risk / broken / not yet testable), evidence, fix. End with a single verdict: go or no-go.
For any fix that changes settings (call reporting, primary or secondary status, counting type, lookback window), show me the preview of the exact change from the tool and wait for my approval. Do not change anything silently.
