Rewrite only the offending assets in disapproved RSAs
A before/after fix plan that replaces only the policy-violating headlines and descriptions, keeping each ad's performance history.
When to use it
When some of your responsive search ads are disapproved or limited by policy and you want to fix them without losing their history.
What you get
A before/after table per ad with compliant replacements for only the offending headlines and descriptions, edited in place after your approval.
Does it change anything in my account?

[campaign name]
In campaign [campaign name], find every responsive search ad that is disapproved or limited by policy.
For each ad:
1. Read the full ad: headlines, descriptions, final URL and ad strength.
2. Identify the exact asset that triggered the policy. Typical causes are trademark use, excessive punctuation or capitalization, superlative claims without proof, and restricted health or financial wording.
3. Check the last 60 days of asset performance (impressions, CTR, conversions). If an offending asset is a top performer, say so and keep its meaning in the replacement.
Then propose a compliant replacement for the offending assets only. Stay within 30 characters for headlines and 90 for descriptions, and match our existing tone. Do not touch assets that are not causing the issue.
Deliverable: one before/after table per ad with these columns: offending text, policy reason, replacement, character count, why it should pass review.
Edit the existing ads in place instead of creating new ones, so performance history is kept. Show me a preview of every edit and wait for my approval before applying anything.
A themed table of money-wasting search terms with ready-to-apply negatives and projected savings, applied only after you approve.
When to use itWhen you feel your Google Ads budget is going to searches that never convert, such as jobs, free, DIY or the wrong location, and you want them blocked safely.
A pass/fail check of your conversion setup across Google Ads, GA4 and Tag Manager, with the fixes that stop Smart Bidding from optimising toward the wrong action.
When to use itWhen your CPA or conversion numbers look off, or before you change bids or budgets, and you are not sure your conversion tracking is counting the right things.
A per-ad-group checklist of ad strength, underperforming headlines, policy issues and extension gaps, plus draft replacement copy.
When to use itWhen your Google Ads ads have low ad strength, disapprovals, poor CTR or missing sitelinks and callouts, and you want clear fixes with ready replacement copy.
