One agency-wide table of every property's sitemaps with errors, stale submissions and missing sitemaps flagged.
When to use it
When you manage many client sites and need to know fast which ones have broken, missing or outdated sitemaps in Search Console.
What you get
One table of every property's sitemaps flagged red, amber or obsolete, a paste-ready action list per client, and resubmit/remove proposals that run only after you confirm each item.
Does it change anything in my account?
Only with your approval. The assistant first shows a preview of every change and waits for your go-ahead.
Works with
Search Console
List every verified property in our connected Search Console account. For each one, read its submitted sitemaps.
Give me one table with these columns: property, sitemap URL, last submitted, last downloaded by Google, pending status, error count and warning count.
Flag rows with these labels:
- RED: errors above 0, or a property with no sitemap submitted at all.
- AMBER: warnings above 0, a sitemap still pending after 7 days, or a sitemap last submitted more than 90 days ago on a site that publishes regularly.
- OBSOLETE: a sitemap that points to an old domain, an HTTP version, or a staging path.
Sort the table RED first, then AMBER, then by property name. Below the table, write a short action list per client that I can paste into our account notes.
Then propose changes in two lists: sitemaps to resubmit, and obsolete sitemaps to remove. Show me the exact property and sitemap URL for each item. Do not submit or delete anything until I confirm each item.
