TikTok hook, offer or landing? Per-ad funnel diagnosis

Each TikTok ad is classified by where it fails, from thumb-stop to purchase, with previewed pause proposals for clear losers.

When to use it

When your TikTok ads spend but don't sell and you can't tell if the problem is the hook, the offer or the landing page.

What you get

A table of every ad sorted by spend with its failure point diagnosed, one next creative or offer test per problem group, and a pause preview for clear losers that waits for your confirmation.

Does it change anything in my account?

Only with your approval. The assistant first shows a preview of every change and waits for your go-ahead.

[ad account][minimum spend][target ROAS]
For TikTok ad account [ad account], analyse every ad that spent more than [minimum spend] in the last 14 days. Pull these metrics per ad: - Spend - 2-second view rate - 6-second view rate - Average watch time - CTR - Conversion rate - Cost per purchase - Purchase ROAS Classify each ad with these rules: - 2-second view rate below 25%: hook problem. Fix the first second. - Good hook but CTR below 0.7%: offer or call-to-action problem. - Good CTR but conversion rate below 1%: landing page or price problem. - All steps healthy but ROAS below [target ROAS]: margin or audience problem. Deliver a table sorted by spend with the diagnosis for each ad. Below it, give one specific next creative or offer test per problem group. For ads that spent more than 2x our target cost per purchase with zero purchases, prepare a pause list as a preview. Do not pause anything until I confirm.
