Report on TikTok ad account [account name] for the last 28 days, split into 4 weekly buckets. Read-only.
1. Per ad, pull spend, impressions, CTR, 2-second and 6-second video view rates, leads (form submissions) and cost per lead, for each week.
2. Break down cost per lead by age group and placement.
3. List our lead forms and their field schema. Download the leads for the same period and map each answer to its field label.
Flag these cases:
- Creative fatigue: any ad whose CTR fell 30% or more from its best week to the latest week, while spend stayed flat or rose.
- Weak hook: any ad with a 6-second view rate under 15%.
- Incomplete leads: the share of leads missing a phone number or with an empty required question, per form.
Deliverables:
1. A weekly table per ad with a "fatigued" column.
2. An age and placement table sorted by cost per lead.
3. A lead completeness summary.
4. A short list of ads to refresh, ranked by spend.
