[site URL][main landing page URL]
Most of my ad and organic traffic is mobile. Check whether my website converts mobile visitors as well as desktop visitors.
1. In GA4, break down the last 28 days by device category (mobile, desktop, tablet). For each device, show sessions, engagement rate, key events and key event rate per session. Add the same figures for the previous 28 days and show the change.
2. In Search Console, for property [site URL], break down the last 28 days by device. Show clicks, impressions, CTR and average position.
3. Run a Core Web Vitals check on [main landing page URL] and report the mobile LCP, INP and CLS, each marked as good, needs improvement or poor.
Decision rule: if the mobile key event rate is below half of the desktop rate, treat it as a mobile problem rather than an audience difference. If the mobile engagement rate dropped by more than 10 points versus the previous period, call it out.
Deliver one comparison table, then the three most likely causes of any gap, ranked by evidence. Typical causes are a slow page, a form that is hard to use on a phone, or a ranking gap on mobile. This is a report only. Do not change anything on the site.
