Account audits

Weekly Meta health triage across all client ad accounts

A red/amber/green triage table of every connected Meta ad account, with a short diagnosis and the next audit to run for each red account.

When to use it

When you manage several client Meta accounts and need to see every Monday which ones are in trouble and which need no attention.

What you get

A red, amber and green triage table of all accounts, plus a short diagnosis and the next audit to run for every red account.

Does it change anything in my account?

No. The assistant only reads your data and reports back.

Works with

Meta Ads

I manage several client Meta ad accounts. Run a weekly health triage across all of them. 1. List every connected Meta ad account. 2. For each account, compare the last 7 days with the previous 7 days on these metrics: spend, CPM, frequency, link CTR, results, cost per result. 3. Rate each account: - Red: cost per result up more than 25%, OR spend down more than 30% with no budget change in the change history, OR frequency above 4 on prospecting campaigns. - Amber: cost per result up 10-25%, OR CPM up more than 20%. - Green: everything else. 4. For each red account, drill into the 3 ad sets that drive most of the change. Classify the likely problem as learning reset, creative fatigue, audience overlap or under-delivery, and cite the metric that points to it. Deliverable: - One triage table sorted red, amber, green, with columns: account, spend, cost per result change %, CPM change %, frequency, rating. - For each red account: a two-line diagnosis and the specific audit to run next. Read-only. Do not change anything in any account.
