"What we did this month" work log for the client, with measured impact

A plain-language log of the agency's Google Ads and Meta changes, grouped by theme and linked to before/after results.

When to use it

When a client asks what you actually did for the fee and you need to show the work with proof.

What you get

A plain-language work log grouped by theme, with before/after results for the three biggest changes and the total optimizations per platform.

Does it change anything in my account?

No. The assistant only reads your data and reports back.

Works with

Google Ads, Meta Ads

[client name][agency email domain]
Clients ask what we actually did for the fee. Build a "What we did this month" section for [client name]. Pull the last 30 days of changes from Google Ads change history and Meta activity history. Keep only changes made by people, and only those made by users from our domain [agency email domain]. Exclude automated or Google/Meta system changes. Group the changes into themes: budgets, bidding, keywords and negative keywords, ads and creatives, targeting and audiences, tracking. For each theme, write 1 to 3 plain-language bullets that say what was changed and why it mattered. Do not paste field names. For the 3 most significant changes, compare the affected campaign's performance over the 14 days before and the 14 days after the change: cost, conversions, CPA. If 14 days have not passed yet, say "too early to judge" instead of drawing a conclusion. Add a final line with the total number of optimizations made per platform. Read-only. Do not modify anything.
