[client account][extra daily budget][target CPA]
For [client account], I have about [extra daily budget] per day to add. Decide which Search campaigns should get it.
Use the last 30 days. For each enabled Search campaign, pull:
- spend, conversions and CPA
- impression share, IS lost to budget and IS lost to rank
- this month's pacing projection
Decision rule:
- A campaign is eligible for more budget only if all three are true: CPA is within 10% of [target CPA], it has at least 20 conversions, and IS lost to budget is above 10%.
- If IS lost to rank is higher than IS lost to budget, do not add budget. Flag the campaign as a bid or Quality Score problem instead.
- If pacing already projects an overspend, exclude the campaign.
Split the extra budget across eligible campaigns in proportion to their IS lost to budget. Cap each increase at 30% per step so Smart Bidding does not swing.
Show a table with these columns: campaign, current daily budget, proposed budget, IS lost to budget, CPA, reason. List excluded campaigns separately with the reason for each.
Prepare the budget changes as a preview and wait for my approval before applying anything.
