[client name][account][brand campaign name]
Check whether competitors are conquesting the brand of [client name] in Google Ads account [account]. Our brand campaign is [brand campaign name].
1. Run a live SERP analysis for the brand name and its 3 most common variants, for example brand + reviews, brand + price and brand + login. List every paid advertiser that is not us.
2. For each of those advertisers, pull their live ads from public ad libraries. Note whether they use our brand name in the copy and which comparison or switching angle they push.
3. For the brand campaign over the last 30 days, compared with the previous 30, report: search impression share, absolute top impression share, share lost to rank, CPC and conversions.
4. From the search terms report, flag brand searches that combine our brand with a competitor name or with "alternative".
Decision rule: if absolute top impression share is below 90% or CPC rose more than 20% period over period, call it active conquesting. Recommend specific defensive steps, such as bid strategy target, copy that answers the competitor's angle, or sitelinks to comparison pages. Do not change anything yet. List the recommended changes so I can approve them one by one.
