[Microsoft account][spend threshold]
My Microsoft Advertising account [Microsoft account] was imported from Google Ads a while ago. I have added negatives in Google since then, but not in Microsoft. Step 1. Pull the Microsoft search terms report for the last 30 days. List terms with cost above [spend threshold] and zero conversions. Columns: search term, campaign, ad group, matched keyword and match type, clicks, cost. Step 2. Read the current negatives on my Microsoft campaigns and ad groups. Compare them with all negatives in my Google Ads account, including shared lists. List the Google negatives that are missing in Microsoft. Step 3. Filter that gap list. Microsoft traffic behaves differently, so only keep a Google negative if one of these is true: - the word actually appears in Microsoft search terms - it is universal junk, such as jobs, free or DIY Final output: one table of proposed Microsoft negatives. Columns: negative, match type, campaign or ad group, source (Bing waste or Google sync), evidence. Show a preview and wait for my approval before adding anything.
