From my connected YouTube channel (check the channel list first if there is more than one), list the top 10 videos of the last 90 days by views, with views, watch time and average view duration for each.
Average percentage viewed per video is not available from the YouTube data here. If I give you each video's length, estimate it as average view duration divided by video length. Otherwise rank retention by average view duration and say so.
Based on the titles, mark which videos look like product videos, then ask me to confirm which ones show a product we sell and which product page each one belongs to. From the confirmed videos, shortlist the 2 with the strongest retention and explain the choice. If the video IDs or URLs are not in the data, ask me to paste the links.
Then prepare a Demand Gen retargeting campaign in Google Ads account [Google Ads account]:
- Daily budget [daily budget], bid strategy Maximize conversions, created PAUSED.
- One ad group named [ad group name]. Create it inside the new campaign. If Google rejects the ad group for a Demand Gen campaign, tell me, I will create it in the Google Ads interface, and you find its ID from the campaign's ad group list before continuing.
- Targeting on that ad group: [country] and that country's main language. Set it at ad group level, because Demand Gen keeps location and language there and otherwise serves in every country.
- Audience: website visitors whose page URL contains [product URL path], 30-day membership. First check the existing audiences with their rule definitions and reuse one whose rule matches instead of creating a duplicate. Attach the audience to the ad group. If the list is new or small, warn me that it needs visitors before the campaign can deliver.
- One video ad per shortlisted video: business name [business name], headline (max 40 characters), long headline (max 90), description (max 90), a call to action fitting a purchase, and a final URL pointing to the product shown in the video. For the required square logo, reuse a square logo already in the asset library if there is one; otherwise ask me for a logo image URL.
Show the complete setup as a preview first, including the audience rule, the retention numbers behind the video choice and character counts for every text. Wait for my approval before creating the audience, campaign, ad group, targeting or ads, and create each one with a preview step so I can see exactly what is applied.
