[total monthly budget][target ROAS][target CPA][minimum spend]
Prepare next month's budget reallocation plan from the last 30 days of data across Google Ads, Meta and TikTok. Keep the total at [total monthly budget]. Only the split changes. First find where each budget actually lives: on Meta, a campaign with its own daily budget (Advantage+ campaign budget) is changed at campaign level, otherwise at ad set level. On TikTok, check whether the budget sits on the campaign or the ad group. Meta list budgets come back in cents, so convert them to the main currency unit before comparing. Scale candidates: - Google Search campaigns with ROAS above [target ROAS] and more than 10% search impression share lost to budget. - Meta and TikTok campaigns or ad sets / ad groups above target ROAS with at least 20 conversions in the period. For Meta, also require frequency under 3. If TikTok returns no purchase value for this account, judge TikTok on CPA against [target CPA] instead and say so. Cut candidates: anything 30% or more below target ROAS with spend above [minimum spend]. Pacing for the current month: - Google Ads: run budget pacing and note campaigns set to over- or underspend. - Meta and TikTok: there is no pacing report, so calculate it yourself: month-to-date spend divided by (current daily budget × days elapsed). Flag anything below 80% or above 110%. Output a table: channel, campaign or ad set / ad group, current daily budget, proposed daily budget, change %, ROAS, reason. Cap any single change at 20% so learning phases are not reset. Show the net change per channel and confirm the proposed total still equals [total monthly budget] divided by the days in the month. Do not apply anything. When I approve specific lines, show a preview of each budget change (dry run, nothing written) and wait for my explicit confirmation before writing it.
