A management-ready memo that consolidates Google Ads, TikTok and cross-channel recommendations into a short accept and decline list with reasons.
I report to management monthly and need a one-page view of what the platforms are recommending and what we decided. This is read-only. Do not apply or dismiss anything.
1. Get the last 30 days funnel overview across Google Ads, Search Console and GA4 as context.
2. Pull the open Google Ads recommendations for [Google Ads account], with projected impact and optimization score.
3. Pull TikTok's suggestions for [TikTok advertiser id].
4. Pull the cross-channel opportunities.
Merge everything into one memo:
- **Top 5 to accept:** each item gets the platform, the action, the expected impact in conversions or cost, and the effort (low, medium, high).
- **Top 5 to decline:** each item gets a plain-language reason a non-specialist understands, for example "raises spend without lowering cost per lead".
- **Optimization score note:** one paragraph explaining why we do not chase 100%.
- **Risks:** anything that needs a tracking or budget decision from management.
Rank by expected business impact, not by the platform's own priority. Keep it under 300 words and use no jargon without a short explanation.
