Pause Meta ad sets that overspend against your target CPA
A verdict table of Meta ad sets that are losing money, the daily spend you would free up, and pause actions prepared for your approval.
When to use it
When some Meta ad sets spend a lot without delivering results at your target cost and you need to decide which ones to switch off.
What you get
A pause, keep or watch verdict table for every ad set with the daily spend you would free up, and pause actions prepared as a preview until you approve.
Does it change anything in my account?
Only with your approval. The assistant first shows a preview of every change and waits for your go-ahead.

[ad account name][target CPA]
Review my Meta ad account [ad account name] for the last 14 days and find the ad sets that are losing money.
Pull spend, results, cost per result, CTR and frequency for every active ad set. Flag an ad set for pausing only if it meets all three conditions:
- It has spent at least 2x my target cost per result of [target CPA].
- Its cost per result is above 1.5x that target, or it has zero results.
- It has been running for at least 7 days. Do not flag ad sets that are still in their first week.
Deliverable:
- A table with ad set, campaign, spend, results, cost per result, frequency and your verdict (pause / keep / watch), plus a one-line reason for each.
- Below the table, the daily spend that pausing the flagged ad sets would free up.
Then prepare the pause actions as a preview only. Do not change anything until I reply with the ad sets I approve. Warn me if pausing an ad set would leave its campaign with no active ad sets.
Combines smart negative suggestions with the full search terms report to flag zero-conversion and overpriced terms, then previews a grouped batch of negatives that protects your brand and converting keywords.
When to use itWhen your Google Ads search terms report shows money going to irrelevant or expensive searches and you want to cut that waste safely.
Runs pacing on every connected client account, compares projected month-end spend with each client's agreed monthly cap, and proposes CPA-ranked daily budget changes within guardrails, approved account by account.
When to use itWhen you manage several client accounts and need to know before month-end who is overspending or underspending against the agreed budget.
