Build a quarterly funnel report for the client. Compare the last 90 days with the previous 90 days.
1. Confirm the Google Ads account with list_accounts. Run marketing_overview with days=90 and check its scope block to make sure the right Ads account, Search Console property and GA4 property are covered. For the previous 90 days, use get_report for google_ads, search_console and ga4 with start_date and end_date. Call describe if you are unsure of a platform's levels. Show one table with Google Ads spend, clicks and conversions, Search Console clicks, impressions and average position, and GA4 sessions and key events, for both periods with the % change.
2. Run ga4_report with dimension='source_medium' for days=90 and for days=180. Derive the previous 90 days by subtracting the first from the second. Tell me what share of key events came from paid search (google / cpc), organic search, Maps / Business Profile referrals and direct traffic. Business Profile traffic is only separable if its links carry UTM tags, for example utm_source=gbp. If they do not, it is counted in google / organic, so say that and recommend tagging the profile links. If Business Profile is connected, add website clicks and calls from gbp_insights as a separate line.
3. Run gsc_performance with dimension='query', sort='impressions', days=90 and a high enough limit. From the results, take the 10 service or location queries with the most impressions, such as "[service] [city]" and "near me" variants. For each, show clicks, CTR and position. Mark queries at positions 4 to 15 with more than 200 impressions as quick wins.
4. Run gsc_performance with dimension='page' for days=90 and days=180, and derive the previous 90 days by subtraction. Rank the service pages by organic clicks in the last 90 days and flag pages whose clicks fell compared with the previous 90 days.
5. Write a one-paragraph owner summary that explains how organic and paid work together, where we depend too much on paid, and the 3 SEO actions for next quarter.
