[campaign name][TikTok ad account][target country][target CPA in account currency]
Run a launch checklist for the TikTok campaign [campaign name] in [TikTok ad account]. It is not live yet. Target country: [target country]. Target cost per result: [target CPA in account currency].
Check:
1. Account: list the Business Centers I can access and the advertisers under each one. If this ad account is under one of them, read its qualification status: business verification, industry qualification and account standing. If it is not under any Business Center, say this check cannot be run here and I should check it in TikTok Ads Manager.
2. Identity: take the identity id and type that each ad uses and match it to the identity list to get the display name. Confirm the display name is the client's brand. If the identity list comes back from existing ads with no display name, say so. The avatar cannot be inspected here, so ask me to confirm it in TikTok Ads Manager.
3. Pixel: a pixel exists, its activity status is ACTIVE, and the optimization event used by each conversion ad group is configured on that pixel.
4. Ad groups: read the campaign objective. Then search [target country] in the region search with that same objective and compare the returned location ids with each ad group's location ids. Flag any id that is not the target country or a place inside it, and give its name if the search shows it. Also report age range, schedule, bid type and bid, and budget. If the budget is set at campaign level, check it there. Flag any daily budget below the 20 USD equivalent, and any budget below 20x the target cost per result.
5. Ads: for each ad, use its video_id to find the video in the video library. For Spark ads, use its tiktok_item_id to find the organic post on that identity. Confirm the duration is between 9 and 60 seconds. Ad text is 100 characters or fewer (Spark ads take their caption from the post, so note that separately). For each unique landing page URL, confirm UTM parameters are present and read the live page once to confirm it returns 200.
6. Overlap: list the Smart+ campaigns and ad groups in the same account. If the listing shows their location, age, gender or audience settings, compare them with this campaign and flag likely overlap. If it does not, list them with their status and ask me to check their targeting in Ads Manager. Do not guess the overlap.
Output a table with the columns Check | Status | Detail, then a list of blockers ranked by launch risk.
If an ad group's targeting, bid or budget needs fixing, edit it in place (do not rebuild it). Show me the confirm=false preview and wait for my approval. Budget increases are limited to +50% per change. Do not enable the campaign, ad groups or ads.
