Weekly red/amber/green triage of all Google Ads accounts under the MCC

Scores every connected Google Ads account against CPA and ROAS targets with week-over-week change, diagnoses red accounts and writes a management-ready summary. Read-only.

When to use it

When you manage many Google Ads accounts and need to know every Monday which ones are off target and why, before writing your weekly update.

What you get

A table of all accounts sorted red to green with week-over-week changes and the likely cause for each red one, plus a 5-bullet summary ready to paste to management.

Does it change anything in my account?

No. The assistant only reads your data and reports back.

Works with

Google Ads

List every Google Ads account under our manager account, including client accounts, and tell me which ones the portfolio report covers. Then run the portfolio report for the last 7 days. For the week-over-week comparison, run a client report per account for 7 days, which gives the % change versus the previous 7 days. For each account, show cost, conversions, CPA, conversion value, ROAS and the % change versus the prior week. Our targets: [target CPA and target ROAS, one line per account if they differ, or one default for all]. Use these status rules: - Red: CPA is more than 20% above target, or ROAS is more than 20% below target. - Amber: the gap is between 10% and 20%. - Green: everything else. Judge lead generation accounts with no conversion value on CPA only, and say so in the table. Separately, flag any account whose spend moved more than 30% week over week, whatever its colour. For each red account, pull an account snapshot with the last 7 days as the recent window. If conversions dropped while clicks held steady, also run a conversion tracking health check before blaming performance. Give the single most likely cause in one line, for example: budget limited, conversion drop, cost spike in one campaign, or possible tracking issue. Name the campaign behind it. Deliverable: 1. One table sorted from red to green. 2. A 5-bullet summary written for non-specialists that I can paste into my weekly update to management. This is read-only. Do not change anything in any account.
