One Step Ad Account Audit: Lifetime Results, Learning Phase and Free Queries on Every Platform
The assistant you connect to Opus Growth now sees, in one step on Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and Microsoft Advertising, how long each campaign has run, what it has spent and returned since it started, its learning status and what changed recently.
To read an ad account correctly you first need the whole picture: which campaigns are live, how long each has been running, when it was last changed, whether the platform still considers it in the learning phase, what it has spent and returned since it started, and what changed recently. The assistant you connect to Opus Growth now builds that picture in one step on Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and Microsoft Advertising.
One call, the whole account
When you ask your assistant what is going on in your account, it sees for every campaign:
- What it is: status, whether it is actually serving, type, daily budget and bid strategy.
- Dates: when it was created, started serving and last changed, how many days it has been running and how many days since the last change.
- Since it started: spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, cost per click, click through rate, cost per conversion and average daily spend.
- Recent period: the same metrics for the last days you choose, so lifetime and recent performance sit side by side.
Meta has no single conversion count, so Meta results come by type: messaging conversations started, leads, purchases, registrations and link clicks.
The learning phase, read from the platform
"The campaign is still learning, give it a few days" is often said without checking what the platform itself reports. That status is now read directly. On Google Ads it is the bid strategy's system status: learning, limited, stable or misconfigured. On Meta it is each ad set's learning status plus the time of the last significant edit that restarted learning. On TikTok it is the ad group's delivery status.
Beyond the ready made reports, on every platform
The query tool we added for Google Ads now has a counterpart on the other platforms:
- Meta: any Insights field, breakdown, action breakdown, daily or monthly split and filter.
- TikTok: any dimension and metric, audience breakdowns such as gender and age, and lifetime totals on request.
- LinkedIn: campaign group, campaign and creative combined in one report with up to three pivots, plus date range and campaign filters.
- Microsoft Advertising: any report type, your choice of columns and hourly, daily, weekly or monthly aggregation.
The same period on every platform
If "last 7 days" means something different on each platform, comparisons go wrong. In Opus Growth the last N days now means N full days excluding today on all five ad platforms, and every report states the exact date range it covers. The assistant bases its reading on the reported range, not on the one it assumed.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does the account snapshot change anything in my account?
No. The snapshot and the query tools only read. Tools that make changes are separate, show a preview first and wait for your approval.
How far back does lifetime performance go?
From the start of the oldest campaign to today, within what each platform's reporting API allows. The range used is stated in the reply.
Is the learning status available everywhere?
Google Ads and Meta expose it directly and TikTok exposes the ad group delivery status. On LinkedIn and Microsoft Advertising we do not read a learning status yet, so there the assistant looks at campaign age and the last change date.
Which assistants support this?
Every assistant you connect to Opus Growth: Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and other apps that support MCP. Nothing to install.
