Before/after impact report of ad and asset pruning for management
A change log, a before/after KPI table and a plain-language management summary of what the pruning achieved.
When to use it
When you have paused ads or swapped assets in Google Ads and Meta and need to show management whether it actually worked.
What you get
A change log, a before/after KPI table by campaign and platform, and a 5-sentence plain-language management summary with caveats and campaigns worth reversing.
Does it change anything in my account?
No. The assistant only reads your data and reports back.
Works with
Google Ads, Meta Ads
Fill in before sending
[number of days][Google Ads account][Meta ad account]
Over the past [number of days] days, I paused ads and replaced assets in Google Ads [Google Ads account] and Meta [Meta ad account]. I need to report the impact to management.
Step 1: Pull the change history from both accounts for that window. List every:
- ad pause or removal
- RSA, asset or extension edit
- creative swap
Include who made the change, when, and the old and new values where available.
Step 2: For each affected campaign, compare the 14 days before the first change with the 14 days after the last change, on:
- spend
- clicks
- CTR
- conversions
- cost per conversion
- ROAS, where conversion value is tracked
Flag any campaign where cost per conversion worsened by more than 15%, so I can consider reversing those changes.
Deliver:
1. A change log table.
2. A before/after table by campaign and platform.
3. A 5-sentence management summary in plain language. It should state the net effect on cost per conversion and the spend no longer going to weak ads. It should also name any caveats: seasonality, budget or bid changes made in the same period, and learning phases.
This is read-only. Do not change anything in either account.
Combines smart negative suggestions with the full search terms report to flag zero-conversion and overpriced terms, then previews a grouped batch of negatives that protects your brand and converting keywords.
When to use itWhen your Google Ads search terms report shows money going to irrelevant or expensive searches and you want to cut that waste safely.
Runs pacing on every connected client account, compares projected month-end spend with each client's agreed monthly cap, and proposes CPA-ranked daily budget changes within guardrails, approved account by account.
When to use itWhen you manage several client accounts and need to know before month-end who is overspending or underspending against the agreed budget.
