Google reviews reputation scorecard for the last 90 days

A management scorecard per location from Google Business Profile reviews: volume, period vs overall rating, star mix, unanswered share and median reply time, plus praise and complaint themes and a reply queue for low-star reviews.

When to use it

When you need to report on your Google review reputation across locations and spot which ones need attention.

What you get

A per-location scorecard with At risk flags, top praise and complaint themes with quotes, and a list of unanswered 1 to 3 star reviews for the team to reply to.

Does it change anything in my account?

No. The assistant only reads your data and reports back.

Business Profile

Build a reputation scorecard from our Google reviews for management, covering all locations and the last 90 days. This is a reporting task only. 1. List the locations. For each one, pull the overall average rating and total review count, then page through the reviews with offset and limit until you have every review created in the last 90 days. The list is ordered by last update and a reply counts as an update, so do not stop at the first older review; keep paging until the update dates are older than 90 days as well. If a location's list comes back truncated, say so on its row. 2. For each location, report: - number of new reviews in the period, - average rating of the period versus the overall average, - star distribution (1 to 5) for the period, - unanswered reviews in the period, as a count and a share, - median days between a review and our reply, using the review date and the reply date, for the period's answered reviews. 3. Mark a location as **At risk** if any of these applies: - the period rating is at least 0.3 below its overall average, - more than 20% of the period's reviews are unanswered, - the median reply time is over 3 days. If a location has fewer than 5 reviews in the period, show the figures but note that the sample is small. 4. Across all locations, identify the top 3 praise themes and the top 3 complaint themes from the review text. Back each theme with one short quote and the number of reviews that mention it. 5. Pull the unanswered reviews per location and list every one rated 1 to 3 stars, oldest first, with location, date and text, so the team can respond. Do not post or edit any replies.
